Do I still have friends?

OMG! I don't even know where to start! It's been way too long since my last confession, or blog, or comment response and I'm pretty sure I don't have any friends left but I'M BAAAAACK! At least for the time being. =) I need to catch up on my favorite blogs but I'm afraid too much time has gone by and I'm feeling overwhelmed. I have missed reading you guys so much!! Any advice from others who have taken extended vacay's from bloggyland would be much appreciated.

I have some EXCITING NEWS to share! Guess who's pregnant??? NOO....ME, SILLY! I'm finally knocked up! It only took about 6 years and lots of fertility treatments but we did it on our own...or maybe we just now figured out "how" do get pregnant! Hehehe~ Well, we're pretty sure that the little surgery I had in March played a huge part since I got pregnant in April WITHOUT ANY FERTILITY HELP!! Can I get a what, what??!!!

Side Note: If you have PCOS, I highly recommend the ovary drilling!
