Baby Bump and a Summer Re-cap it's been a few weeks AGAIN since my last post so here I am with a little re-cap of my busy yet very fun summer! I begin with a "baby bump" picture!
I made it to 18 weeks and I'm LOVING every minute of being pregnant. Let's re-visit this post in about 3-4 months and see if I feel the same way.

Here I am with some of my favorite teacher friends doing what we do best: posing for the camera while eating Mexican food. This happens to be at Joe T Garcia' of the BEST Mexican restaurants in Fort Worth! a couple of pics are out of order and I can't fix it so you'll have to deal with it. Sorry! This is a pic of what crazy girls do outside of a hotel while waiting for a bus to take them to the casino. Hey...we were thirsty because it was HOT outside, ok?
Here I am with one of my besties, Jenny, and you will never guess where we are!!! We are at another NKOTB concert! Yes, that's right. We are dedicated to our boys Joey and Donnie. (If you ask me who NKOTB is, our friendship is over and you will no longer be allowed to visit my blog). I took pics of us backstage hangin' out with our boys but they "begged" us not to post them for privacy reasons and who am I to disobey a request? Just know that we had an awesome time (and they are on our "list" so our husbands were totally ok with anything that may or may not have happened on the tour bus).
Here is me and my M in Michigan. I'm only smiling because it was day 10 out of 11 days in this FREEZING COLD STATE! It was July/Aug and the temp stayed around 55. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Does the sun not know that Michigan deserves a summer too? Who lives in these conditions? Me+Michigan+no cell phone service+cold temperatures= one unhappy pregnant momma but I survived to tell my story and I'm so thankful for that.
Here is further proof of July winter weather in Michigan: Me and Rhonda in sweatshirts freezing our azz's off. M told me to bring one sweatshirt and one pair of jeans. Guess who was in the doghouse after day 2?
Ok...this picture goes with the casino trip but this is what crazy teachers do to relax after donating money to the Indian casino: we drink beer with salt (be careful of the volcanic explosion) eat M&M's and throw cheetos at eachother. This all makes for a good time.

One additional fact that is worth sharing: MY HOUSE IN TEXAS FINALLY SOLD AFTER BEING ON THE MARKET FOR 11 MONTHS!! This means no more DOUBLE mortgage payments every month and it also means that this momma gets a new ride!!! I can't wait to start car-shopping! Any suggestions?

So there you have it. I've been living up my summer like it's 1999 and lovin' every minute of it! I leave for Me-he-co on Wednesday to end my summer with a nice, brown tan line. Don't you worry about me. I'll just be catchin' some rays while sippin' on fruity beverages with the umbrellas that are brought to me by that cutie cabana boy named Juan (minus the alcohol, amigo) and enjoying my full body massage on the beach by my boy Fernando. I think I'll be ok friends and I'll even drink one for you while I'm there!
