It's FRIDAY! I have a hot date tonight and I can't wait! Someone might be getting lucky tonight! {I said MAYBE}
In the meantime, I'll be daydreaming. My darling and adorable IRL friend, Becca, has a blog called R We There Yet Mom. If you love to travel, you should check it out! She is a wealth of knowledge on the subject.
So I'm daydreaming of a trip that M and I took to Hawaii a few years ago.
This was our 2nd trip to Hawaii. This time, we brought along my in-laws. No laughing please. We went to the island of Kauai and it was amazing and perfect.
- We ate at the most amazing restaurants. Yeah, I gained 10 pounds in 11 days. I'm a girl that likes to eat. So what?

- We hiked several amazing trails {so glad I was able to squeeze in some exercise. Otherwise my 10 pound weight gain could have been 20!}
- We toured around Waimea Canyon and explored Kilauea Light House. Gorg!
- We made fun of the town called Po'ipu. {It sounds like poo poo. See? Funny!}
- We enjoyed visiting MANY beaches along the island and people watching never fails to give me a giggle.
- We kayaked to a monstrous waterfall.
- We stood under said waterfall and I almost died. It hurt. Don't stand under tall waterfalls.
- We ziplined! My favorite adventure hands down!
Ok, are you laughing at this picture? Look at our sunglasses? And the tilted hard hat is hilarious. Whatev.
As I'm typing this, M told me that he'll take me back there someday. That makes me happy! {He totally deserves to get lucky for that comment, right?} It was my favorite vacation to date.

I've never been to Hawaii, but it looks like you had a blast. When you go on vacation, you don't have to worry about eating too much etc because you're on vacation (and weight gain doesn't count then..)
And he should totally get lucky for that comment, after he gives you a date for it haha.

I so want to go to Hawaii...we are planning on it for our 10th anniversary (2014).

When I was a kid, my mom occasionally made us watch dumb old movies that she loved. The only one I shared her love for was Blue Hawaii. It's a dream of mine to go someday!!

Kauai looks like so much fun! We have been to Maui and Oahu but I'd really like to go back to Hawaii to see the other islands - especially the Big Island and Kauai.

The only problem is I am now DESPERATE to go on vacation. Or even a freaking date.

Kauai is our most favorite place ever!!!! We are actually going back in a cour months, and poopoo is the best place ever!! (thats where we stay) did you eat at kiokis in poopoo? We ziplined too, so much fun. Hey, maybe hubby will take you back in a couple months and we can zipline, or skinny dip, together?

LOVE the pics!! I think you look just as hott or hotter now. Nice tan though. I'm getting a spray tan before Cali. Maybe they could do some shading on my cottage cheese...make it less lumpy??
I wanna go somewhere tropical. I wanna drink fruity liquor laden drinks with umbrellas and a cute boy who rubs...um, sunscreen on me...yeah, that's it.
Oh, and ziplining is on my bucket list! I MUST do it...soon.
I just moved back to the mainland from the great Aloha state. We spent the last 3 years on Oahu but I did get to visit some of the other islands. We LOVED Kauai! I really wanted to float down the canal in the tubes. Have you ever been to the Big Island? We stayed up at KMC on the volcano. It was a great trip as well.

You know, if you wore the tilted hardhat while standing under the tall waterfall, you'd be just fine.

Ok so I went to Oahu last fall. Then we saw the movie Just Go With It and I did some investigating and it was filled in Maui & Kauai. Now we're debating going back maybe next year.... so your pics look like some of the places off the movie so I might be sold on Kauai

I loved Hawaii but not enough to go back again...unless someone else was paying. I have a moot:go everyone once before you go anywhere twice. There are of course some exception like visiting family and taking advantage of someone offer to use their SC cabin for free, I'm not stud after all.

We zip-lined in the Dominican Republic and is was awesome! Lets add zip-lining as couples somewhere tropical to our bucket list!
