There. I said it.
I don't like Christmas music!!
I'm taking a mini vacation in Texas for a few days with the family and blogging from the iPad is not ideal. Yep, I'm flaking out this week. Surely you aren't surprised. I'm the worst weekly blogger EVER.
We celebrated Emma's 3rd birthday on Sunday:
And she was such a BRAT that she received a few
Yes I am, Mom. No need to text me. ;-)
And I can't sign off without leaving you with a picture of my sweet baby, Drew:
Now it's your turn. Link up with us! I'll try to leave some comment love when I return home! Love and Miss~

I hate to say it but 2 was a peace (misspelled intentionally) of cake compared to 3...sorry love!
Not what you want to hear, but when I worked in child care, I would beg to work in any room but the 3 year old room, they were straight from the devil...I think I will freeze time so I don't have to go through it.
Drew is adorable and I've actually heard 3 gets better. Let us know!!
In our case, 2 was amazing and 3 was awful. But every child is different!
Cutest gangsta I eva did see!
3 is way worse than 2. Allison was horrible when she was 3.
iPad blogging is not fun. Ive tried on the iPad and just don't like.
Oh man, I'm gonna rain on your parade - when Princess Nagger was 3, she was worse than 2...then when she as 4, I said she was going through the Terrible Two's times 2...and at six? Terrible Two's times 6. I think the Terrible Two's are a misnomer - it doesn't seem to get better, just different levels as they get more independent. Which is why I'm not looking forward to when Princess Nagger morphs into a Teen in 3 years. ;)
But in all honesty? That saying "This too shall pass" is definitely true - just hang onto that during the tough times, and remember to embrace (and relish) in the times when they're little angels - at least the angel mode does outshine the devil mode (and the angel mode does happen more than the devil mode). :)
*stepping off the soapbox*
Even as a little devil, Emma is SO CUTE! Happy Birthday (again) to her - and holy adorableness - Drew is SO stinkin' CUTE too! :)

ACK! I meant at 6 she was going through Terrible Two's times 3, not 6 - apparently I need more coffee to enable my math calculations to make sense.
Or it was an omen.
>;)~
Since I'm coming off the threes now, I can say they are worse in a different way than two was. Independence plus stubbornness is not a combination for peace and quiet.
NO Christmas music?!!?? BAH HUMBUG!
Your b-day princess and gangsta boy are ADORABLE! And hey, a few good swats always help keep the 3-year-olds in line, right? Glad to hear Drew isn't requiring the beatings juuust yet. ;)
Love your two cuties! Aw Emma, she's just gearing up for her teen years. ;-) but seriously, when she's an adult you two will be besties.
Have fun in Texas!
It's gets worse before it gets better...as the Momma of a 17yrold brat, I wish you the best. LOL They are just adorbs though...will make you forget all the rough times... The thing that I always try to remember... She will get it back from her children in the long run. ( I tell her that also, then she tells me she isn't having kids- as a payback to me being so mean) pfffttt
Your babies are so beautiful! It will get better...hang in there! Love & miss you! XOXO
Whoever said twos were terrible had never experienced threes, fours and fives. Twos are heaven by comparison. My 5 year old thinks tantrums are the answer to everything and my 3 year old gets into more trouble and gets more swats than any kid I've ever known. My 2 year old is still an angel and I don't want her to get older. :)
Drew is so cute. My son had that same hat at 3 months old.
Haha! My niece had the birthday spanks on her 3rd or 4th birthday too, no worries. When tehy eat that much sugar and start crashing, something bad is bound to happen! LOVE the pic of Drew! Hope the trip to Texas is great!
Xazmin will be very disappointed in your lack of loving the Christmas music!
They are so cute! Poor little Emma. I think she is just misunderstood. ;)
We had to tell Aubri "No" for the first time the other night.
Hey maybe she will be a good three and then just repeat the two's at 4- some like to do that too :)
There is a 5 year gap between my youngest and her four older siblings. Somehow, in those 5 years, I forgot about "trying threes." My "baby" turned three in August. Most days, it's her or me. At least she has guaranteed her position as "last. child. evah!" in our family.
Just wait until your little girl is 14!! Good luck on the swats then.
I am so delighted to see you haven't turned baby boy into a cheesehead yet.
S W E E T !!
Love that PINK cake :))
My girlfriend and I always say, terrible two's, threatening three's and f*&%ed up four's!
Hmmm, I was one of the lucky few to escape this phase with all three of my children. I don't know what I did to been blessed to not have to battle the Terrible Twos, but I did. I hope Emma surprises you in a pleasent way this coming year. BTW, I just love the gansta pic of Drew - so cute!
Aww he looks like he's about to karate chop someone! :)
I hope y'all have a Merry Christmas.
He's all like, "Yo, I don't get swats like my sista"
What a cute sweet baby boy! Congrats!!
LOL at Drew's gangsta shot! :o) I hope you guys have a very happy Christmas! Thanks again so much for the beautiful Christmas card! Could you guys be any prettier?? I don't think so... We didn't send out cards this year. I kind of lost track of time. What else is new? ;o)
