Ramdom Thoughts on Thursday by Impulsive Addict

Do you ever just have stuff floating around in your head and you just wanna get it out so you can sleep at night?

Well, me either then......

We had someone look at our house this week. The couple is from Arkansas. They liked our house but felt like we lived in the "boon docks". SERIOUSLY? I'm 3 minutes from a major interstate. Isn't most of Arkansas "boon dockish"? No offense, neighbors!

Emma is finally pooping IN THE TOILET instead of in her panties. I reward her with suckers and ice cream. DON'T YOU DARE JUDGE ME. It worked, ok?

Do you ever pick apart your body especially when you're pregnant? I want my arms toned. I want a smaller nose {even though Connie said it only looks big from the side}. Does anyone know of a cheap liposuction to lose some weight? I just need a little done on my thighs and other ASSets. How about a low cost tummy tuck to remove stretch marks? Ok, ok. I don't have stretch marks. I just want the tummy tuck. I probably should wait until after this baby is born, huh? Whatever. Summertime is a hard time to be pregnant! There are skinny bitches EVERYWHERE wearing very little clothing.

It's official. I have a bump and I kind of like it.

I'll ask YOU PEOPLE if I should be worried about this picture:

When I asked OTHER friends if I should be worried, Shawn said "only when she starts spinning around it in her bathing or birthday suit" and "don't give her vanilla ice cream while near a pole or she'll start wanting to add toppings".

JennyKate said I should only worry "if she is wearing tassels on her boobies" and she also pointed out that Emma likes to dance on tables naked so those are red flags. She then had the nerve to tell me that "professional dancers make pretty good money these days".

I hate those bitches.

What's floating around in your head today? If you say Captain Morgan or Patron, I will like you even better than I already do!

I'm Talking About 10 Things That Make Me Smile

Hello friends and lovers! How was your holiday weekend? Mine was action-packed and I'm POOPED but I couldn't let you down for my weekly Talk To Us Tuesday post co-hosted by the car crash survivor, Seriously ShawnThat's right, friends. She was rear-ended yesterday so please go over and give her some lovin'.

This week, I'm linking up with my IRL friend, Emmy Mom, for 10 Things To Smile About for May.

1.Of course my Huntington Beach trip with my girls ranks at the top. I know, I know. You all are sick of hearing about it by now but Becca made us an awesome video with a little bit of video commentary from us at the beginning and the end. {She does this as a business and video's make GREAT Father's Day and birthday gifts!!}
I would LOVE for you to watch it if you have time!

2. My monthly GNO's with JennyKate, Kiss, and X-Rated. I look forward to seeing them every month. I am blessed with great local friends.

3. Family time. I LOVE hanging out with my family especially in the summer. My parents have an amazing pool. Thanks, Dad, for taking Mom's suggestion 4 years ago!
4. Moving our roots. No, unfortunately, we're not leaving the Hell. We are just hoping to find something a little bigger. Wanna buy my house in HELL?
Yes, I took a picture of my house at 10:00pm IN THE DARK  just for this blog post. Deal with it.
5. Two movies in one month! I got to see What To Expect When You're Expecting {which was very good} and Chernobyl Diaries {which was HORRIBLE. Don't waste your money}

6. Funny friends like this guy {Kiss's husband and M's BFF} who will do just about anything to get a laugh. I love you, Marky Mark!
White trash at its BEST. He's trying to bring back the look from the 70's.
7. Emma's first bike! Thank you Nana and Papa!

8. The Honey Badger makes me smile. If you have no clue what I'm talking about, and you want to laugh, please click HERE. So flipping hilarious!!!

9. My latest screen saver. I absolutely adore this picture.

10. I'll leave you with one last picture that makes me smile for MANY, MANY reasons....

Have a BLESSED week and LINK UP!

California Girls Part 2

Hello lovies! Yes, it's already Tuesday and I'm spillin' the beans on part 2 of our California trip for our Talk To Us Tuesday link party. Have you all been over to say hi to my co-host, Seriously Shawn? I'm sure she's talking about something scandalous stalkers stalking your blog due to the TITLE of your posts.

So, if you didn't read part one of the infamous SoCal trip, you can read about it HERE. I left off on Saturday afternoon. Saturday night is where it got a little juicy.

There was some kissin'....

There were some famous people...

Who knew William Shatner could be so annoying?

There was a little jealousy from a girlfriend or two...
Tommy's girlfriend gave us a small lecture about "showing class" at the end of the night. We laughed at her.

There was some TERRIBLE singin'...

No. I'm not lying. It's really, really bad singing but it was our theme song for this trip so you had to be done. Listen at your own risk!

There was a little drunkenness...

And then the pictures that you had no idea were taken until you see them in photobucket...
Question 1--Who is that? Question 2--Was Becca pulling down my shirt?
And of course BUTT SHOTS. Can you figure out the butts?
Classy, right? Well, that's how we roll. Don't judge us.

And I can't leave out the final 2:00am group picture from the parking garage shot:
BY FAR my favorite night in Huntington Beach!!

Sunday was a day for hangover greasy food. What better place than In-N-Out? Most of us had never had an In-N-Out burger so we headed over for a taste test.

Lunch was followed by a trip to the beach for some picture opps in front of this amazing mural.
This one is going in my frame. Thanks Becca!

And of course, we needed to walk that infamous pier...and more picture opps.

We did a little shopping before we had to drop Connie off at the airport. It was so nice getting to meet her. And did you see how TALL she is? Who knew? Did I mention that I stole a hat on accident? Yeah, well...I did. Don't freak out. I went back and paid for it.

After returning home from dropping Connie off, we had a visit from Occifer Hill

Apparently, JennyKate had been under surveillance for a couple of days and he came to take her downtown for questioning. I'm so glad Stacie said she had some bail money set aside for this occasion. We almost had to use it. I'm not supposed to talk about "the situation" but let's just say that JennyKate will NO LONGER be working any corners in Huntington Beach or wearing her "Suck for a Buck/Make Me Holler for a Dollar" t-shirt.

Sunday night was our last night in HB. We decided to do it up right with a trip to Viv's favorite Mexican restaurant, Taco Surf.
Let's just say there was a lot of tequila consumed at our table....and lots of wine consumed BEFORE.

Monday morning came all too quickly. Becca and Jenn left our beautiful beach house at 6:30am to head back to their states while the rest of us tried to catch up on sleep since the average nights sleep was approximately 4.5 hours per night.

We slowly got around and packed up our shiz. We had some time to kill so we got to swing by Viv's to meet her oldest son and see her beautiful home and all the craftiness inside.

Isn't he a cutie? Shawn wants him to marry Honey.
Then we decided to grab some lunch at one of her favorite local restaurants, Shenandoah. They had AMAZING "sweet yummy balls" of heaven {as our waiter says} that they served before the meal.

Then it was off to the airport to say goodbye to HB and Viv. Shawn had to leave first. We made sure to give her an embarrassing goodbye she won't soon forget.

JK and I hung out for a while waiting for our plane and began to plan next years Girls Weekend which I think will be in Tulsa!

There were a few issues on the plane ride home but it's not like we got thrown off or anything. ;)

"'Scuse the lady!"

I can't wait to do it again! Until next year my sweet blogger friends--CHEERS! xoxo

Now, link up your Tuesday post with us so we can be all kinds of nosey. ;-)

PS. I got my very first Voxbox in the mail last week. I've been testing out some products! Woo Hoo!

PS#2 Becca is working hard on a cute video from our trip. I'll share it when she gets it all ready.
